Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport pediatric patients to and from medical appointments and hospital procedures.

• Ensure the comfort and emotional well -being of patients and their families during transportation.

• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed, following all hospital safety protocols.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor patients’ condition during transit and promptly report concerns to medical staff.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well -functioning vehicle at all times.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and hospital staff.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Accurately document transportation services and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Follow all traffic laws, hospital policies, and safe driving practices.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with medical staff and transportation coordinators to ensure timely, efficient service.

• Attend required trainings and stay current with hospital safety and compliance procedures.

  Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
