What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, your role will combine transportation services with day center support to ensure our clients receive the care and engagement they deserve. Here’s what your day might look like: - Provide Safe and Reliable Transportation
Assist clients with transportation to and from community outings, appointments, and our adult day center. Ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment during every trip.

• Support Day Center Activities
  Help facilitate structured, skill-building activities at our adult day center, promoting socialization and personal growth for our clients.
• Foster Meaningful Connections
  Build trusting relationships with clients by providing companionship and emotional support, ensuring they feel valued and included.
• Promote Independence
  Assist clients in maintaining their independence by supporting their participation in community life and day center programs.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - Bilingual Fluency in Spanish
The ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English is essential to support our diverse client base.

• 1 Year of Relevant Experience
  Experience in a similar role or working with individuals with disabilities is required.
• Compassion and Patience
