We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic team in El Segundo, California on a contract basis. This role will provide essential support during a leave of absence, ensuring seamless HR operations in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance activities.
• Administer payroll processes using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain detailed employee records and organizational data to support HR operations.
• Assist with benefits administration and generate HR reports as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide consistent HR support during leave coverage.
• Facilitate hybrid work arrangements, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.• Proficiency in Paycom payroll and HR systems is required.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within logistics, distribution, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Ability to work both on-site in El Segundo, California, and remotely as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and adaptability to fast-paced settings.
