We are looking for driven individuals to come grow with us./ppResponsible for the delivery, set-up, patient education and pick up of medical equipment./ppSchedule: Mon-Fri plus on-call rotation/ppEssential Job Functions:/pulliBe knowledgeable of and responsible for the current Quipt policies and procedures that apply to this position./liliResponsible for setting up medical equipment in the patients home in a professional, safe and timely manner./liliComplete appropriate paperwork for the setup/liliTeach the patient about the safe and proper use of the medical equipment./liliInstruct the patient on the safe and proper use of disposable supplies./liliInstruct the patient on appropriate cleaning and maintenance of the equipment/liliMake routine deliveries, and pickup of medical equipment and supplies for existing patients./liliPerform minor equipment repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment in the patients home./liliHelp patient become and remain compliant with use of medical equipment./liliResponsible for keeping vehicle clean, organized and maintained./liliComply with all federal, state and local regulations./liliAssist Quipt in meeting its growth and financial goals./liliMUST BE ABLE TO LIFT A MINIMUM OF 75#S/liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpRequirements:/ppMinimum Job Qualifications:/pulliHigh school or equivalent/liliMust be a minimum of 21 years old to drive a company vehicle/liliDrivers License (Required)/liliClean Motor Vehicle Report/liliMust be able to pass background check/liliMust regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds./liliAbility to perform in a fast paced environment/liliAbility to work independently and complete assignments timely and accurately/liliON-CALL ROTATION IS REQUIRED/li/ulpExpected Behaviors:/pulliProvides Exceptional Customer Service/liliMust be kind and empathetic with patients/liliProvides patient services at highest quality./liliTeam player who is able to multitask/liliIndependent worker capable of good, quick decision making skills./liliGood communication skills with patients, referral sources and co-workers/liliProfessional appearance and positive attitude are essential!/li/ulp*All hires are contingent on a successful background check and Quipt is an equal opportunity employer./p/div
