Position Summary

The Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to field service representatives and customers.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to sales representatives and customers
  • Verify package profile and create work orders
  • Provide price quotes to representatives and customers
  • Obtain purchase order if not already assigned
  • Prepare packaging slip
  • Work order verification
  • Prepare instruments for shipping processing
  • Provide inside sales when necessary
  • Quoting incoming orders
  • Some vendor communication
  • Answering and transferring of incoming calls from Customers, Service Technicians, and In-house transfers.

Required Experience

  • High School/GED required
  • Minimum 3-5 years Quality experience OR 3 5 years of applicable experience

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and in an electronic ERP system
  • Great attention to detail to avoid errors that would affect performance of the repair or billing
  • Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, and stoop numerous times throughout the day
  • Strong familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and Medical Device Good Documentation Practices
  • Experience improving and maintaining an effective Quality Management System
  • Ability to effectively communicate/understand information both written and orally.
  • Experience with FDA and registrar/notified body audits
  • Flexibility in work schedule in order to meet department needs
  • Ability to demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Management System, Agiliti's Quality Policy, and all other documented quality processes and procedures
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong team player mentality
