The Medical Transportation Driver (CNA) is responsible for safely transporting wheelchair-bound residents from the hospital to the facility for admittance using a 15-passenger bus. This role supports the admissions process by ensuring timely, safe, and courteous transport while representing the facility with professionalism and compassion. Safely transport residents—primarily wheelchair transports—from hospitals to the facility for admission. Adhere to facility standards and organizational competencies, including maintaining professional communication, following safety protocols, and providing respectful, patient-centered service. Must be a licensed driver in the state of Florida. Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, maintained as a condition of employment. Must have an acceptable, clean 3-year driving record. Must be comfortable driving a 15-passenger bus. Experience transporting wheelchair residents preferred. This position is evening shift only (4p–9p). Transport is specifically for wheelchair residents being admitted to the facility from the hospital.Job Summary
