About the Role

As a Non-Medical Transport/Adult Day Center Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients’ daily needs and helping them stay connected to their communities. This position combines transportation services with engagement in our structured adult day programs, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Reliable Transportation: Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, grocery stores, social events, and other community outings.
• Support Adult Day Programs: Assist with structured activities designed to promote socialization, skill-building, and personal growth in a supervised setting.
• Foster Independence: Encourage clients to engage in community activities and maintain a sense of belonging.
• Ensure Safety and Comfort: Monitor clients during transportation and activities to ensure their well-being at all times.
• Build Trusting Relationships: Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working with individuals with disabilities.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
• Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
