Our client, the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Medical Equipment Production specialist to join their team. As a Medical Equipment Production specialist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the Patch Intake team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependability, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Deerfield, IL

Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM

What's the Job?

• Manage the intake, processing, and verification of Patch devices according to industry standards and company protocols.
• Follow regulatory standards such as HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA to ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces.
• Receive, de-kit, verify patient information, and upload data to proprietary software tools.
• Participate actively in lean and 5S improvement activities to enhance workflow efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three months of related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to support organizational goals.
• Strong time management skills and flexibility to adapt to varying work assignments.
