Transportation Aide/Medical Supply Coordinator
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Transportation Aide / Medical Supply Coordinator to support our home. This dual-role position is responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments and coordinating medical supplies to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate is organized, resident-focused, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Aide Duties:
Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapies, and other approved outings
Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles as needed
Ensure proper use of safety equipment during transport
Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs and schedules
Medical Supply Coordinator Duties:
Order, receive, store, and distribute medical and clinical supplies
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained
Communicate supply needs with nursing leadership and vendors
Ensure supplies are stored in compliance with safety and infection control standards
Assist with documentation related to supply usage and ordering

Requirements:
Current CRMA certification
Current CNA or PSS certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
